Our recruitment process is tough, interviews are mostly done within groups so that candidates need to compete for the same position. The Head of People Operations, Teodora Kazalarska is an Industrial Psychologist that asks tough questions that purposefully take candidates out of their comfort zone. This process assists in identifying the candidate’s development points and to see if the candidate will fit into Globaltrack’s strong culture and values.

Each person is expected to perform at their best and this is further motivated by receiving a profit share based on the performance of the company and the individual’s performance. This ensures that everybody is working towards one common goal; to move the company to the next level of competitiveness.
We have a daily 7-minute huddle that is the center of the company, where it reinforces our core values. The huddle includes good news items and thanking people, customers and suppliers that have helped us.
