Our recruitment process is tough, interviews are mostly done within groups so that candidates need to compete for the same position. Our People Operations Department are continuously exploring what practices are in place or required in terms of managing people in the creation of an innovative mind-set. We have a program in place to develop our people, in equipping them with the necessary skills to thrive in their positions.

Once a year we have an initiation day for all the new staff; the purpose of this is for employees to interact with staff from other departments and to compete in various activities that pushes employees out of their comfort zones.
