The 2017 Annual Fleet Forum Conference will be hosted by United Nations Global Services Centre (UNGSC) and will take place from Wednesday, 14 June – Thursday, 15 June in Brindisi, Italy.
According to Fleet Forum, more organisations and donors are acknowledging that fleet management directly contributes to an organisation’s operational effectiveness and profitability.
The forum is about bringing professionals from around the globe together to share their knowledge and expertise of the transport industry and to work together to find the best solutions to making transport better, safer and more effective. This conference attracts leaders in the field of aid and development, commercial organisations, academia, the donor community and the corporate sector.
Globaltrack has a wealth of expertise in operations on the ground for tracking in Africa. We are keen to share our knowledge and latest innovations that is suited to Africa’s unique environment at this event.
Our tracking systems are designed with the NGO’s safety concerns in mind. With our global satellite systems we are able to track assets that operate in areas with no cellular coverage. Our fuel solution contributes to increasing the operational effectiveness of organisations. This has given us the forefront of being leaders in fuel solution within Africa; both in accuracy of fuel usage and determining possible fuel theft or fuel contamination.
Globaltrack understands the needs within NGO’s community, and has spearheaded the cooperation between various NGO projects throughout the years. Our most recent project in partnership with Fleet Forum is the Motorbike Trial Programme. During the trial project Globaltrack and Fleet Forum will gather data and experience from six organisations that are selected to participate. In this way, we will build knowledge on the benefits of motorbike units that can be shared with all members.
We would like to thank the six organisations that enrolled to the Globaltrack and Fleet Form Motorbike Trial Programme. We look forward to presenting the findings within the next few months.
